South Boston Speedway to Hold Memorial
In Remembrance of Dale Earnhardt
On Saturday, February 24th, South Boston Speedway will hold an open memorial service in remembrance of Dale Earnhardt. The service is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm.
“It is very hard to lose someone that has meant so much to our sport”, commented Mrs. Cathy Rice, South Boston Speedway Manager. “After numerous calls from our fans, we felt that it is appropriate for the Speedway to host this memorial. The entire South Boston family of fans, participants, staff and officials offer our deepest condolences to Dale’s family”, concluded Mrs. Rice.
