Charles Powell III and Dexter Canipe Team Up.

Charles Powell III will be driving the # 5 Chevrolet for Dexter Canipe in the Myrtle Beach 400, Nov 15-18.

Canipe is a former Winston Racing Series National Champion and Powell is the 1998 Winston Racing Series Atlantic Seaboard Champion.

Powell is also a 4 time Track Champion at the .538 mile speedway. The combined efforts between the two should make them one of the favorites in the 250 lap event.

Powell said he is looking forward to teaming up with Canipe.

"Dexter is a heck of a racer and to have the opportunity to drive his car in this race is great. I think we have a great shot to win it". said Powell.
