Grimes Wins Thriller

Jason York qualified on the pole, but was relegated to 6th due to his win last week. Current points leader Billy Hogan drew the pole and took the early lead.

About 25 laps into it a lap car spins in front of York & 7th place Stephen Grimes causing both to spin to avoid. York got back out in front of Hogan but Grimes went a lap down. Grimes passed Hogan to get his lap back and join the tail end of the field during a lap 75 caution.

Grimes worked his way back through the field & passed Hogan with about 5 to go for his 2nd win of the season. Hogan, Steve Loftin, Rusty Harpe and Jason York rounded out the top 5.

Next sat. 150 lap modified & 50 lap late model stock.
