York Takes 150 Lapper

Jason York won the 150 lap race at Caraway Sat night with Stephen Grimes, Billy Hogan, Dan Moore and Steve Loftin rounding out the top 5.

Jerry Burr qualified on the pole but was relegated to 5th after the mandatory re-draw, contact between Billy Hogan and Rusty Harpe on the 2nd lap triggered a pile up ending the night of Lowe Smith & Keith Hawkins and damaging the cars of Jr. Cox and Burr ending their chances for a win.

The night began with eighteen cars, one of the larger car counts for the season at the Asheboro track, and racing action was slowed for 3 cautions.
